Blocked iPhone 4 16GB (cant call or text) Ideal as an iPod!! +

The iPhone was a friends who lost it and reported it lost so the phone has been blocked from networks in the UK. It still works perfectly and would make an ideal iPod with WIFI, the new IOS 6 and 16GB of storage. It would be best to get hold of me via email and i will reply within the day.
